Guardian of Freedom
Beneath the Stars and Stripes unfurled
Our ready Air Force guards the world.
From missiles and invading hordes
Which threaten men with unsheathed swords
Through every man, each volunteer
We'll rid the skies of death and fear
By showing enemies our might
With aircraft armed to win the fight
From arctic snow to desert sands
We'll keep our watch o'er all the lands
And make aggressors let them be
To raise their peoples kind and free.
The other nations know our blue
Is pledged to see their dream come true
Their dream that war will someday cease
And leave mankind with lasting peace
